Stimulated adverse drug reaction reporting in pharmacovigilance: Indian perspectives

Introduction: The voluntary reporting of adverse drug reactions requires continuous stimulation and motivation.
 Methods: It is achieved by the development a positive approach towards pharmacovigilance among healthcare professionals so that reaction becomes an accepted understood routine.
 Results: In summary, various strategies developed made available in India to stimulate reporting, promotion, educational interventions/ awareness program/academics, hospital-based ADRs establish culture reporting.
 Conclusions: These exclusive progress rate altering mindset professionals, undergraduates, consumers safety reporting.
